Kindy Concert

Amy's year-end Kindergarten Concert was today, called 'Minna Nakayoshi Happyokai' which means 'Everybody Be Kind Concert'.

First up was Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, a simplified mini-play. Amy, and a friend, was the wicked queen.

Then came a song she was not in, then a display of physical skills - Amy was up first on the skipping rope, then came 'hand-balls' (like hacky-sacks), spinning tops, hula hoops, boucing balls and a few others.

Then came the Parental Involvement. See Thursday.

After toilet time, there was a dance, then Amy did a ribbon dance. Then came another play, and finally two songs!

It was about three hours long in total, with lots of costumed made from paper and rubbish bags. Amy had a marvellous time. She said they hadn't practiced much, so she was a bit nervous, but she was so proud of herself for doing so well! She loved it!
